Ozark ADV Rentals LLC — Cancellation Policy

• 14+ Days Prior to Pickup: Full Refund (100%) minus a 3% payment processing fee.

• 7-13 Days Prior to Pickup: 50% Refund of the rental fee, OR a 100% booking credit applied toward a future rental within the next 12 months.

• Less than 48 Hours Prior to Pickup: Non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup are non-refundable and ineligible for booking credits.

• Security Hold & Qualification Default: Failure to present a valid Class M endorsement, matching photo ID, or a valid $2,000 credit card security hold at or prior to pickup constitutes a late cancellation under 48 hours and is non-refundable.

• Severe Weather: Rides proceed in standard rain. If hazardous riding conditions occur on pickup day (e.g., iced roads, tornado weather, severe flooding) that makes riding a motorcycle unsafe, Ozark ADV Rentals LLC will issue a 100% booking credit to reschedule.
