• Rider Qualifications: All operators must possess a valid driver’s license with a Class M (motorcycle) endorsement present at pickup.

• Security Hold Policy: A mandatory $2,000 authorization hold is required on a physical Credit Card at or prior to motorcycle pickup. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and cash are strictly not accepted for security deposits. Failure to provide a valid credit card hold will result in cancellation without refund under standard cancellation terms.

• Fuel Requirements: Vehicles strictly require 91+ Octane Premium Fuel. Failure to use 91+ octane fuel may incur engine inspection fees.

• Payments & Cancellations: Rental reservation charges are billed upon booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to Ozark ADV Rentals LLC cancellation and refund schedules.
